As fractional Interim CMO at orderbird, Europe’s leading iPad-based POS platform for the hospitality industry, I restructured the marketing organization and helped shape the brand’s strategic direction during a critical phase of the company’s growth. My focus was on creating clarity around positioning, aligning internal teams, and building momentum across channels and touchpoints. The result was a more focused, scalable marketing setup and a sharpened brand. It was laying important groundwork ahead of orderbird’s €100M+ acquisition shortly thereafter.
